Artists have the privilege of being able to see things that could end up becoming a series to paint. Objects from nature are prime examples if we allow ourselves the time to just look and observe the design of it all. The simple motion of turning a tomato over to look at the bottom, instantly it becomes an idea for a painting that will ultimately be considered abstract by definition. Most of the time the viewer ponders the "design" and immediately declares it a very interesting abstract until they are given a hint as to the reality of it. They are then completely blown away by the fact that they had never thought of such designs being so real.
