The DesignSave Favorites
When artists have the opportunity to paint a series, it becomes an absolute privilege to paint the process of the subject drying up. Objects from nature are prime examples if we allow ourselves the time to just look, observe and study the design of it all. The simple motion of turning a tomato over to look at the it, instantly becomes a so called "abstract" painting if it is painted exactly as it is in real life. Most of the time the viewer ponders the "design" and dubs it an interesting abstract until they are given a hint as to the reality of it. They then are completely blown away by the fact they had never thought of such design being so real.
