    In this portraiture, I was interested in capturing the soul of my subject who I knew very well.


    But my challenges were coloring the flow of the lace material on the body, and showing details of the leg and hand in slight perspective. The knifed, cool colored background projected the image seated on an imaginary surface. The resemblance was obvious.
